Chi-chi looked around the house for her son, but couldnt find him anywhere. That was odd... he should be doing his homework, or, if he was already finished, he should be studying for tomorrow.
He wasnt watching TV, he wasnt in the kitchen eating, he wasnt taking a bath, he wasnt even out back playing with that horrid Dragon-creature he had as a pet!
He must be off training with that horrid Piccolo. Oh... Shed give him a good earful when he got home! And she was going to ground him for weeks! Irresponsible boy was going to turn out just like his father did! Speaking of his father, she was going to have a good long talk with Goku! The bastard had left again during the night and she hadnt heard news of him since! Oh those two were in such trouble!
At least her good little Goten was still home, he was playing with Trunks out in the yard. She couldnt remember Bulma bringing Trunks over, so it must have been when she was out shopping earlier. Funny that Bulma hadnt called to ask her first... Maybe shed better ask Trunks when he had got here.
"Trunks!" Chi-chi called out into the yard. Trunks and Goten paused in their sparring to look up as Chi-chi approached them.
"Yes Mrs. Son?" Trunks asked.
"When did your mother bring you over? She didnt call me" Chi-chi asked back.
"Momma didnt bring me over. Goku did. Only it wasnt Goku, it was Kakarotto." Trunks told her. Chi-chi and Goten blinked.
"Isnt Kakalot what your dad calls my dad?" Goten asked.
"Yeah. And its Kakarotto, dummy." Trunks batted Goten lightly on the head.
"Hey!" Goten complained.
"What do you mean Trunks?" Chi-chi was slightly worried, Goku had been home but hadnt left her a note or anything?
"Gokus been acting crazy. Sometimes hes normal and sometimes he acts really weird and talks in Saiyago and says hes Kakarotto." Trunks explained.
"What?!" Chi-chi was worried, her darling Goku must have hit his head! She needed to find him and comfort him until he was back to being her sweet, lovable Goku! (Notice the flip-flop from him being a bastard that needed a good talking to)
"So thats why daddy felt weird." Goten commented. Chi-chi looked at him.
"What dear?" she asked.
"I felt daddy when he brought Trunks over. I didnt come out cause it felt like there were two daddies and I was scared." Goten admitted, looking guiltily down at his feet.
"Trunks, do you know where Goku is now?" Chi-chi asked the violet-haired child.
"No, he just went off to train Gohan. I was greeting Goten so I didnt see which way he went." Trunks shook his head. Chi-chi fumed again. Goku was taking her Gohan away from his studies to learn to fight like some barbarian! The boy would never be a scholar if he didnt do his work!
"I know where daddy is! I know!" Goten smiled, hopping up and down "Hes that way!"
Chi-chi looked in the direction Goten was pointing.
"How far dear?"
"A long way! Theyre fighting in super-Saiyajin form!" Goten smiled proudly at knowing this fact. Trunks extended his ki sense off in the direction that Goten was pointing. Sure enough, he could feel the two enormous kis of his friends brother and father off a ways in the distance.
"Ill have to call Bulma and ask her to drive me!" Chi-chi rushed inside to get the phone.

"Come on boy!" Kakarotto smirked tauntingly at the demi-Saiyajin who was panting heavily in front of him as they hung in the air "I know you can do better than that."
"Yeah, I can. Just, gimme a minute." Gohans looked intensely into this fight. Kakarotto was just smirking on the outside, but inside he was bouncing around giddily like a child with a new toy. Hed make a warrior out of the kid yet!
I think youll actually be good for him. Goku commented
He hasnt been getting much training recently, with school and all.
Kakarottos smirk just grew.
