According to Amazon.com, Jirachi The Wish Maker will be released on VHS and DVD on June 1st. This is the first Pokemon movie to be released straight to VHS and DVD in the US!

Nintendo recently announced "Pokemon Fire Red" and "Pokemon Leaf Green" will be released in the US during September! This also means that Leaf Green's name will not change to Aqua Blue when being released here. Both games will be shipped with the Wireless Adapter, like in Japan. Both the game and the Wireless Adapter will be on display at E3 this May, so make sure to stay tuned!

There has recently been a new event announced for English Pokemon fans! The event is called "Pokemon Colosseum Battlemaster 2004", and it gives people in the UK a chance to play Pokemon Colosseum before its release date on May 14th. The first round of Battlemaster will start on April 24th at certain Toys 'R' Us stores, where players can test out the game for the first time. The second round will be held at certain UCI Cinemas on May 1st, where you can use your own Pokemon from Ruby/Sapphire. Three winners from each UCI Cinema will then go through to the Grand Final, at the bfi IMAX in London. The winner will recieve a Battlemaster 2004 trophy, the Pok�mon Colosseum Mega Pak, free Nintendo games for a year, a Pokemon scooter and a one year free subscription to Nintendo Official Magazine.
