A STORY
Once upon a time there was a very ordinary platypus. He was so ordinary he didn't even have a name, which actually made him pretty unique. So he was a uniquely ordinary platypus.
One day this platypus came across a skating bear. He thought of it as rather odd since there was no ice. He asked the bear, "How are you skating when there is no ice?"
Right when the bear answered him a rooster crowed. This made the platypus mighty angry, but he was not one to pick a fight with another fellow adult.
So he beat up on a baby hippo because it was all defenseless.
But a rhino and a bull saw this and they were really mad about it because they just were.
The platypus ran into a cave and all of these crazy bats were just flying around like mad and the bull and rhino decided to leave. They hate bats.
The platypus walked out of the cave and saw this fox and the fox said "Hey man, you gotta see this over here. It's, like, wild, man."
The platypus walked over and saw this other fox and three bears playing a song. The song didn't have any words, actually, and the only instrument was a tamborine so it wasn't much of a song. In fact it was kind of crappy.
Above the band, sitting in a tree, was a parrot. The parrot said "You guys suck. I saw Motley Crew in concert once and they were better than you."
There was a panda near by and he said "Hey, I like the Crew also. What do you think platypus?"
"Oh, they're ok, but I like Guns and Roses better."
Then the platypus saw a penguin and he thought maybe the penguin knew that skating bear. He said "Hey, do you know the bear that was skating earlier today?" The penguin said, "No, how can he skate when there is no ice?" The platypus told him how.
Then the platypus went home.
