I got sort of stuck on what to do an article about this month and I think anyone who reads this will have had enough of my random stuff so it�s something different this time.
My favourite song at the moment is Ash�s Star-crossed. Not only does the Romeo and Juliet theme run through the song with the �star-crossed lovers� and the �poison� etc� but the video is not to different from the Baz Luhrmann interpretation (the blue electric crosses are the main give away).
Anyway� the point (not actually sure if I have one yet) is that, not only do I really like that song, but because of �theme� behind it I really want to watch that film again! Either that or Titanic or Moulin Rouge or Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, is the connection obvious yet? Robin Hood is also one of my favourite films as is the Bryan Adams song that goes with it and I don�t care what anyone is thinking. Oh yeah, if you ever watch the film look out for the bit when Robin and his companion climb onto the catapult, several crew members can be seen dotted around the place, including the man wearing black in one of the windows who soon realises that their filming and tries to get out of the shot.
So�go listen to the Ash song and get the album! It�s also got Orpheus and Clones on it which are also very good! I�ll think of something better to do next time�maybe.
