The Toronto Raptor swing-man is not only a dominant player in the NBA but all over the world.

Carter was selected by the Golden State Warriors with the 5th overall pick of the NBA Draft in 1998.  He was then traded to Toronto for North Carolina team-mate Antawn Jamison.

Carter was selected as a member of Team USA as a replacementfor the injured Tim Duncan.
