That's a toughie, and you're going to have to do some thinking. Whatever you decide, don't do the halfsies thing, where you still are sorta together, but sorta seeing other people. You two will just end up hurting each other.
If you want the chick you are dating to know you love her, don't screw up. Don't flirt or "date" other little girls. It seems to me like you have useless infatuation with both of the others. My advice to you is...TAKE ADVICE FOR GOSH DARN IT SAKES!!! You have a couselor who works his butt off trying to help and protect you and your girlfriend and you usually just blow off his advice. Poor guy. I feel his pain.
Anyway. You should talk to this girl you are dating about this. If she already knows about it, don't bring it up again. But the next thing you should do is talk to the other girls about it. If you know that you don't wanna screw up with this girl you are dating, LIE, CHEAT, KILL...do anything to get those other girls off your mind. Oh, and listen to your couselor too.
