| Francesca Lia Block I'm willing to bet you have never read work from an author as brilliant, and creative, and witty as Fracesca Lia Block. She is by far my favorite author. Her novels are about unusual characters that you will instantly relate to. If you are afraid to use your imagination then Ms. Block's stories are not for you. If you are looking for a writer who can express your feelings through her unique group of characters then these stories are definately for you. The first story I read was I was a teenage faerie, I enjoyed it sooo much. These stories are about modern faeries and witches and just "normal" people. |
Suza Scalora I learned of Suza Scalora through her photographs on the cover of Ms. Block's novels. She did the covers of Weetzie Bat as well as Echo and others, and now she's got her own novels. I'd suggest you check her out if your into fae photography. I haven't read her book yet but as soon as I can locate it I'll tell you what I think |
