| Here some more pictures of Lisbon. The first two pictures show the Mosteiro dos Jeronimos. Built in memory of Vasco da Gama's discovery of a searoute to India. Building started in 1502 and lasted for about a century. |
| This is at the Castelo de Sao Jorge. From its Visigothic beginnings in the 5th century, the castle was later fortified by the Moors. In the 12 century it suffered from the Christian siege. Fortunately the remains of the castle have been somewhat restored so its a nice place to visit. |
