what you will need: a comoition book( if not colored cover in your favorite fabric, stickers and ribbon and some nice beads.
cover you book anyway you like with stickers fabric glitter anything tape the ribbon on the inside cover of the book this will be you marker, add a couple of beads to the end and ther ya go your own diary!
