I
hold this feeling within me
For it is an everlasting love
It is so strong and faithful
only granted by the lord above
This love gives me strength
On the days that I feel weak
And it allows me to express a smile
If I have no words to speak
It provides me with comfort
When I am overwhelmed by fear
It gives me a friend close at heart
When no one else is near
For I can softly whisper to this love
And feel that I have been heard
I sense assurance in my heart
Although I hear no word
This love is an answer from God
That we share together
