Falling
tumbling
tripping,
stumbling
slipping
struggle to hold on
please help
build my walls again
feeling my heart
feeling it give in
joy
tears
longing
fears
need the bricks
bring them here
mix of emotions
smoothering fear
screaming
haunting
endless
daunting
looking for a way
for my feet to run
affraid of attatching
myself to someone
peace
in your arms
peace
in your voice
leading me on
to make a choice
I turn to run
arms hold me tight
not letting me turn
not letting me take flight
soothing
whisper
comforting
words
I yield
submit
I rest
and yet
I wonder
your thoughts
are they like mine?
In The Loneliness
In the loneliness of this very place
I can hear your voice, feel your soft embrace
So many miles seperate our love
Sometimes those miles are so hard to overcome
As memories flood through me
I feel their power surging in my viens
Holdig on to sweeter moments
Wishing things could be the same
Here I am,
loving you,
wanting you
for it is you I desire,
Your loving touch
in words of tenderness
You have given me so much
It maybe a hard and rocky road we travel
but travel it we must
I give you all my love
I give you all my trust

No Strings
I remember clearly
the day that we first met
I was truly determined
to not get close and yet
here we are a year has past
and still you say no strings
I have never yet once asked
to have those silly things
I can not deny the truth
you are securely in my heart
but I would never ask of you
the same truth to me impart
there has been many a time
your kindness you did show
letting me know that you care a bit
my heart did over flow
it seems at a crossroad
i now take my stand
and I wonder deep in my heart
if you are willing to take my hand
I am not asking you forever to be mine
I just want this moment, our moment here in time
here we are no strings attatched
to your heart or mine
but I can not help but say
I'll love you for all time
