Walls closing in all around her,
wings crushed to dust
causing grainy rain to flood
her sense of emotion.
Screams raining down upon
the deaf ears of heaven -
ignored by the loving faces of
fellow angels...the boys and girls
dressed in white - only herself hidden
underneath a dark cloak of sadness, anger.
Then, suddenly, the heavy storm of
broken halo's falls onto her broken heart...
(confusion.)
That was the day her journey began.
The battle was ended,
but instead the war as begun.
The bloodbath of survival vs death
sursounded her completely.

There's a fire inside my heart.
I remember how you put it there
to remind me: no matter how far apart,
for me you will always care.
There's a locket around my neck.
I asked you to tie it there.
It closes our image in darkness.
Still, I feel your eyes' stare.
There's a door through which you lead me.
I can still hear your smile.
Surprised, i feel you laughing sweetly.
You swore I never cramped your style.
There's this place near our special place
where they say the dead people lie.
This was the ignored notice
held out to both you and I.
There are times I hear your voice - softly.
I just cuddle up and cry.
Why did we not read the signs?
You left without a kiss goodbye.
There was a point where i realised it doesn't
help
to ask myself and God why.
Now heavy sighs of pain tear through me.
My love, why did I let you die?

twist reality to make it fit
while this child cries to save her mother
from falling in and drowning
in someone else's sorrow.
Here she watches as her deepest fantasy
- kept in secret for so, so long -
turns into an everlasting NIGHTMARE
enjoyed by loved ones
as they smile in horror...
standing by just to stare
as a trickle of blood drips
from her pale wriste into
E T E R N I T Y...
