| These wonderful folks bring me so much Happiness and have helped me so much. I would like to dedicate this page to them for always being at my side. The following Poem named The blessing, was written by Aunt Thea THE BLESSING BY THEA VAN DOORN THE NIGHT IS QUIT, AND THE DARK SHADOW HAS FALLEN. THE WORLD HAS COME TO REST AND SO HAS MY HEART. THE CRICKETS ARE SINGING THEIR SONG, AND FROGS ARE HUMMING ALONG. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT WITH ALL THE HURT? THERE COULD BE SUCH COMFORT IN SITTING BY OUR SELVES, TUNED INTO THE MASTERS VOICE, AND ANGELS AROUND US, THERE COULD BE SUCH BLISS. NO ONE DISTURBING MY THOUGHTS, JUST QUIT PEACE. MY THOUGHTS DRIFT OVER THE THINGS THAT HAPPEN TODAY. THE SUN TO WARM ME, THE BREEZE TO COOL ME AND A BLUE SKY GIVING ME THE CLOUDS . THANK YOU DEAR LORD, FOR ALL THE BLESSINGS. I SAW THE FLOWERS AND FELT THE BREEZE, HEARD THE BIRDS. PRAISE THE LORD, FOR THE MANY GIFTS, GIVEN TO ME TODAY. I CAN HEAR, I CAN SEE, I CAN FEEL , AND I CAN SMELL. |
