So many things we see
We never understand
Easy just to run and hide
When life's like sinking sand

As we grow older
Nothing seems to change
Everything still so confusing
Even sometimes strange

But if you think about it
You Know it's very true
The only way to change
Is entirely up to you

Someone I dearly love
Changed my life for sure
He makes me feel so very good
He makes me feel secure

He holds my hand in lonely times
He carries me when I'm down
I know he loves me very much
He'll always be around

My Father up in Heaven
My Savior from above
When I truly need Him
His heart is filled with love
