Loves of mine passed long ago
Linger still but in others minds
Never freed from the grasp
That binds me tightly
Virgin times of a first kiss
Memories oppressed now
Closed off but reopened to torment me
Her memories burn my heart deeply
But wishes felt towards the better
And my direction
Away from my friends
From all consciousness
From lifelong dreams 
Habits long broken
Return to find me turned
Close enough always to her
But never to touch
Wishes for on more chance
To prove my love
To kiss once more under starlight
To hold hands and feel warmth
Not felt again
Opportunity given and lost
But time spent wishing
And time spent dreaming is all worth my torment.
