Within Me


Within me comes the truth
and when within the truth,
that is where I will be

I accept the challenges
a cloudy day
...even the storms

I am not to be stepped on
or spoken to of the lies

I am the strength
of my life

The battles of good and evil
are always won

As I become the victor
not a victim

Time manages me not
my time is my time

That face you see
is not just a reflection
on the hallway mirror

That face is me

For the truth of things
and if it takes a challenge

Remember I am not lost......
rather alive

If you find me in the ocean
being tossed around
I will swim

If you find me deep within the forest
there will be no fear

For within me...
