The Sky Was Clear
Tonight I stood outside
looking up and
the sky was clear
I saw things I haven't
seen in sometime
I felt feelings I haven't
felt in sometime
The sky was clear
this October night
A falling star
and then stars
that just remained
I felt a calm
an inner peace
