Time


Who's past?
Was I there?

Time

Today maybe even
tomorrow.

Once while I was
Cinderella......
and you the prince

I lived that tomorrow
in my time...

But the victory
did not come until
later

I remain in the present now...
scared but untouched.

Time does heal
and with time I am
the victor
never again the victim.

Cinderella......
always she lives within.
