Remembering


Days gone by,
the sunny days,
the rainy nights,
I will always remember

The faces, the smiles
and the frowns

I even remember
playing tag and watching
tv late at nite

When I grew up everything
was gonna be fine

I was gonna fall in love
with the face belonging to that
person on the moon

I did most things...
many things I did not do either

But I will always take the time
to remember

Cause one day....
I may never grow up again
