First was a man, second twas a woman
Then came three brothers and a murder within.
First was creation, second twas separation
Then came many with lives full of sin.
First was love, second twas as well
Then came many with evil as their master
First was perfect, second did become ill
Then came those who expanded the disaster.
Second was tempted, then tempted the first
Now all must suffer because of their misdeed.

But two millennia ago a reply given in pain and strife
That each one of us may attain eternal life.
