Beautiful Sight

Every day I watch and await the beatiful sight that takes my breath away

I look at the clock and when the times draws near, I run to my window and sit in my chair

I pull back the curtains and sip my cup of tea

I watch the sun go low until I no longer see it,

Whether I'm at home or my place of employment

The sunset brings me peace, so I find a way to enjoy it.

Spring

Finally it's warm enough to go outside and play

Let's go for a walk around the block

or play a game of tag

I hated being stuck inside

because of all the snow

Now it's warm enough to play

and watch the flowers grow

I love the spring because it means

that winter has finally ended

As long as the rain stays away

outside is where you will find me
