What is Love
Love is an attitude that reveals itself in action
It's not just for our satisfaction
Love is helong when it's inconvenient
Giving when it hurts
Devoting our energy to others welfare
Rather then ourselves
Absorbong hurts from others without fighting back
Being faithful to one another
Being patient and kind
Love never gives up, never loses faith
Endures through everything, is always hopeful
Love is joy, peace, self-control
Caring, gentle, and sweet
Love comes from the heart
Love is truly the biggest treat

Jesus Is Coming
For GOD that loves all, He will bless
You do not want anything less
I always listen to the voice I hear
GOD says to me, do not fear
My son Jesus will be there very soon
Before the break of dawn
Or before the set of the moon
Just be ready to say good-bye
To all the evil and all the war
Up to Heaven my children, you will soar

What Is A True Friend
What is a true friend
Someone that will not bend
Someone there to help you when in need
They aren't taken over by selfishness and greed
A freind sticks close throughout the yaers
Through the good times and all the tears
Everything you say matters, they really care
They are always willing to give and share
In bad situations, they're on your side
They don't sit back, or run and hide
A true friend would put their life on the line
In any situation to save a friend
I hope you can see, that I will be a true friend to you
Will you be a true friend to me

Living Life
Depression is a way of life,
Some can deal with the stress
And turmoil, while others find
A place inside themselves to hide.
Dealing with everyday life,
Some can go on without the worry
Of depression taking their life.
Learning to live with hurt and pain
Never wanting to feel the stress again
Walking around with tears in your eyes
Or a smile on your face to hide the lies,
Digging deep inside your soul
Sometimes can make you feel whole,
Or lost and alone with no way out.
A pill each day can help you deal
But after a while you feel as high as the highest hill.

Love
Love is when birds sing
Love is when you hear the bells ring
Love can make your heart pound
Love is what makes the world go round
Love is when you smile and grin
Love tugs at you from within
Love is when he holds me tight
Love is when he spends the night
Love is when he kisses me goodnight
Love is when he whispers softly
Everything will be alright

I Love You
I see you smile through the beautiful face of yours,
Not knowing what to do or say,
Full of love,
My heart soars.
It's like love at first sight,
Everything is love instead of a fight.
I am speechless,
In a state of fear.
What can I say?
What can I do?
For my love for you is ever so dear.
as I lay in my bed and dream,
Walking down the isle in a beautiful white dress,
To the holy Lord I must confess,
For I am misunderstanding in my luck,
I am as compassionate as can be.
Stunned and stuck.

Always And Forever
Amazed by your beauty,
I stand in awe,
The surrounding world,
Doesn't matter at all.
The thought of love,
The countless breaths taken away,
Could she be the one?
What should I do or say?
I imagine the possibilities,
And ask God if it's true,
In the thought of your presence,
I do not know what to do.
Is it desire,
Or a misleading thought,
Will I be hurt again,
Or by emotions will I be caught?
I learn your unspeakable love,
And you win my heart,
Should I be doing this?
Is it smart?
My thoughts were real,
Indeed I'm in love,
You are my angel,
Sent from high above.
Our destiny is together,
We connect like one,
I know it's true love,
Not just fun.
And to this day,
With all my heart,
I'm glad we got off,
To such a great start.
I love you now,
I'll hurt you never,
You are my love,
Always and forever.

Christmas Poem
Christmas is the time of year,
When everyone is spreading cheer!
Friends and family gather around,
To share the gifts that have been found!
Candy canes and nuts all about,
Looks like nothing has been left out!
Singing songs of blissful joy,
The kids playing with thier new toy!
We seem to share such a wonderful day,
And it's all for the savior that was born today!
With all the joy we seem to share,
Never forget the reason we all care!
A child was born long ago on a lonely night,
And sent the angels on a long flight!
To spread the word of the Christ child,
So warm, So meek, So mild!
So as we gather around the Christmas tree,
Remember to think of Christ for without him,
This day would never be!

I Still Remember
I still remember when we walked hand in hand,
We took long walks and drew hearts in the sand.
I still remember talking for hours on the phone,
i'd always keep you company so you wouldn't be alone.
I still remember all the hugs and kisses after school,
And the way you said "I love you" and how you thought I was cool.
I still remember how you dressed...Man did you look fine,
I still remember how it felt when you were once mine.
I still remember when you helped me when I broke down in tears,
And the way you somehow made me face my fears.
I still remember you in every single way,
The palce you have in my heart will forever stay.
My love for you will never fade away....
No way.

Just A Thought
Me
I'm a girl
A young woman they call me
A "bright young girl with a cute little figure, and a lot going for her."
Like that's suppose to describe me completly
Should I be offended
The truth is-
I'm just a girl, maybe even an "average girl" although it pains me to say it
I like to write "poetry" and let no one read it
I like to wish on the first star that I see every night
Abd say a little prayer to whoevers out there-
When the time calls for it
I have big brown hair and hips and long eyelashes
I cry a lot
And I don't let many people in
I've been a confused by stander the majority of my life
And a scared little girl that longs for the comfort of her mothers arms, my entire life
I like math, and hate science
I like to watch movies myself
And eat raw greenbeans
I'm not only a "bright young girl with a cute little figure and a lot going for her."
I'm everything else
I'm me-
Which I realize is not much of a better example
But it's a little more honest
Coming from the "bright young girl" herself

Words Of Truth...Thoughts From Life
I feel the pain you see, I see the pain you feel inside.
Is it insane to feel a range of things frrom fear to pride?
I've arranged to hide emotions, strangers couldn't see.
And dangerous devotions seem a little strange to me.
I pray that I can be the things I've always aimed to be.
But thru my failures, felt like you would be ashamed of me.
I turn to you and ask about the reasons for your actipons.
Still, you leave me breathing in your face with no reaction.
You can't respond or tell me why you do the things you do.
You just agree to any reason I pin to you
Are you a coward...,hiding in the public...feeling sassy?
Can't stand to stop or even look when walking past me.
Thoughts that seem conflicting truely open up the stitching,
And things we hate most are things we soon find so addicting.
The picture I'm depicting shouldn't flourish any clearer.
The feelings of an addict when he looks into a mirror.
