Tuesday
Was Tuesday morning
that started bright.
For all US citizens,
including those taking flight.
Such tragedy in one day,
we have never seen.
The wreckage and the carnage
is more than obscene.
No one thought this could happen,
on our sacred land.
Now that we've seen
together we should stand.
Let's show the world around us,
that we shall not fall.
That the citizens of this land
will hold tight and stand tall.
We'll band together even more
and hold with all our might,
to our strength and convictions
and make our future bright.
Let two things be known around,
forward from this day.
We the people are as one
and God Bless the USA!

Stars And Stripes
We are one nation,
tried and true.
We fight for our colors,
the red,white and blue.
When anyone else
needs a hand,
they get it from
our caring land.
We've been known
to pull together,
due to war or disasters
caused by the weather.
We've proved beyond doubt,
that we stand proud.
And that makes us more,
than a face in the crowd.
No matter the cost,
you can't keep is down.
We'll fight for our freedom,
to that we are bound.
This country was built
for us to be free.
To be able to live
in a democracy.
Someday you will learn,
that you will not win.
Of that you can be sure,
Stars and Stripes forever! Amen...
