Moonbeam Skipping
Slipping into night as a glittered stocking
Silky blend dancing celestially upon my skin
Familiar patterns play out their silent song
The inner melody guides my feet
To skip across moonbeams at my toes
Comfort fit she is ~ sheer elegance
Black infinity speckled with crystal awareness
In a memory weave pattern that always holds true
I reach my fingers to her farthest stars
And envelope within a velvet glove
Rhinestones march into infinity up my arm
While galaxies swirl upon each fingernail
Comets streak my hair ~ their tails tickle my nose
And I smile as though I could drink the milky way
My heart hangs upon the crescent moon

Or does it hang within my heart
Loosening up Orion's belt I lay back
Wrapped within my midnight cloak
Upon the reflections of the nights souls
Relaxed in my Mother's cradle
Guarded by her bears
I close my eyes and open my eye
To see I am everywhere...
