~Who am I?~
Who am I?
Friend to many,
Enemy to few,
An angel with no wings to fly.
Children love me,
I love children.
Animals are drawn to me
Wherever I go.
I make people happy,
I make people laugh,
More people like me than hate,
More by half.
I know my personalitites.
I know my traits.
I know my loves.
I know my hates.
I know all this,
But what I don't
The answer I miss,
I crave the most.
Can you tell me,
By any chance,
Do you see,
The real me?
You think you do,
I know you don't,
For how can you,
When even I don't?
Who am I to be,
I can't describe,
The beauty in me,
I simply don't see.
I think I see,
Who I can be,
But will I ever,
Be the real me?
What can I do,
To prove to myself,
I am someone,
Not a doll on a shelf.
The answer I need
To the question I cry,
Perhaps you know it.
Who am I?
