~Submissions~
So, you would like to submit something to Poetry in Motion? Great! Here are the guidelines for submissions.
For Fics...
There are several ways you can submit a fic. You can go to the Poetry in Motion yahoo group, the Vampyre Haven Live Journal, e-mail me, or use the form below.
When submitting a fic, please include all of the following:
-Name or Author name
-Title of the Fic
-Rating (we do accept everything from G to NC-17)
-E-mail address you want used for feedback
-Website if you have one
-Summary
-Any Author's Notes that go along with the fic
-Pairing (Poetry In Motion is a Willow/Spike Shipper site, but we do also accept Just Willow, Just Spike, or Threesomes. However, if it is a multi-ship fic, the main pairing MUST be Willow/Spike.)
Also, be sure to have a beta reader go over your fic before you submit it. If you need a beta reader, please see that section.
For Essay's...
When submitting an essay, please be sure to also have that beta read. All Essays must be about either Willow, Spike, Willow/Spike, and general writing. Also, you can submit Essay's the same way you would submit a fic and through the same channels. All that I ask to be included with the Essay is:
-Name
-Who or what the essay is about
-Short Summary
-E-mail or Website for feedback
For Beta Reader's...
Again, you can ask to be a beta reader the same way you would submit a fic or an essay, through the yahoo group, LJ community, or by e-mailing me. Please include the following:
-Name
-E-mail others can use to contact you
-What ratings are you willing to read?
-What genre's are you willing to read?
-What can you offer as a beta reader? (IE: grammar, characterization, plot flow, etc...)
-How much time do you have to devote to beta reading?
(IE: only on weekends, 2-3 hours a day, etc...)
-How would you like the fic sent to you? (IE: .doc or .rtf file, in the body of the e-mail, etc...)
-Please also list any likes or dislikes
