This goes out to all that's concerned,
Do not love me for that love is not earned,
I've said it before time and time again,
If I had asked to be loved, I know not when,
My life is a shambles in constant chaos,
Any attempt at love would result in a loss,
I do not mean to hurt any ones feelings,
But I must turn away from the love that one brings,
Though the thought that you care for me,
Sets my heart flying free,
I must ask that with me, you not fall in love,
Or tell me that I make your heart soar like a dove,
I do not deserve nor have I earned,
The love of those who are concerned,
Each night I cry myself to sleep,
And each morning I wake up and weep,
For the love that I could have had,
And turning that away really does make me sad,
But I cannot love someone in that way,
My heart will not allow me to love today,
So I tell you again with a heavy heart,
Do not love me, it is not smart.
