A Tender Voice of Unselfishness
Date of Submission: January 5, 2003
In a moment of sickness, my most unsecure state of being, a tender voice reaches my ear from a distance. Flowing through a condescent highway, a voice calms my physical pains and lifts my spirits to fullfil her gift of unselfishness. A woman I hold dear to me has touched my soul and lives in the once hollow places in my heart. She has given me assurance of a love beautiful and peaceful for me to endure through eternity...the life cycle of our friendship and love hardening to diamond that no man can defeat. Her laugh is joyous to my health, the cure to my loneliness. She is the snow dove of my heart, holding it gently underneath her wing.. My head rests gently in her bossom; I hear her heart beating for me.... the love protecting me from loneliness and despair.
