Final
Date of Submission:  August 7, 2002
Leaving this cruel world,
Following up the narrow stairway,
Others around, all lonely,
Thinking they were friendless before.
They felt like taking the easy way out,
But now they are climbing,
Feeling even more lonely.
What am I doing here?
Where am I climbing to?
Was it bad enough
That I could not handle it?
That I could not carry on?
Now I realize...
This trip is final.
