Known to the world as Sam
She is remembered as a monument of love by family and friends.
Mankind has cherished this mystical woman
For her unselfish nature and loving soul.
Why then did this frail summer flower
Willow profusely in the sunshine of life?
Man can guess, but has no answer.
But God had a purpose for this good-natured princess --
To give her gift of love to all humanity,
Whether through television, movies, or her tender touch.
America has lost an enchanting daughter;
The world has lost a loving friend.
I make tribute to Elizabeth, an earthly star,
Who now shines brightest among the stars of heaven.
