In Memory of: Aaron E. "CHIP" Sneeden, Jr. January 13, 1961 November 18, 2001
A co-worker, a teammate, a loved one, a friend, Why is it now that your time had to end? You were so young, and a role model for all, Your work beyond reproach, you proudly stood tall. I knew not one person, who spoke wrong of you, Your spirit will be with us, to pull us on through. With sorrow and pain, there is no pretending, Our hurting hearts, are the ones that need mending. I know not your girls, but I feel that they're wishing, That daddy was home, so that they could go fishing. You will be missed forever, by all that you knew, You were one awesome man, your friendship so true. Today and tomorrow, we will shed more than one tear. In our minds and our hearts, you will always be here. Chip, as you would have it, our lives will continue, But right now it is tough, we miss the person within you. I sit here and I write, as it is my way to cry, To cry out my pain, "Why did my friend have to die?" The answer to me, comes from GOD up above, Who now needs the presence, of a man that we Love. Family and friends, and all whom will remember, The very tragic day, the eighteenth of November. Keep living each day, with a purpose inside, Do so as CHIP would, with Spirit and Pride.
I'll miss you Chip, You were my friend.
