First start with three pictures to blend with. (more or less is fine, but i'll use three in this tutorial) if you would like to go along with what i'm doing, you can save these pictures:

once you have all these pictures saved, open them up in psp. also open up a new image that can fit all three of the pictures.your screen should look like this:

then press Ctrl C then Ctrl V to copy and paste a picture into the new image. your screen should look like this:

do that again with the other picture, so your screen looks like this:

do that once again, with the last image. your screen should now look like this:

after that you need to click on the eraser set your properties so that they look like this:

after that, erase the part of the image you dont want in the blend, so it looks like this:

now you can add text, boarders, blurs, grids, and any other stuff you want to the blend. (remember before you do that go to Layers>Properties>Merge All.)
