this is how to make a blend using photoshop. its almost identical to making one in psp, but i thought i'd make this tutorial anyways. i'll be using 3 pictures for this tutorial.
first, open up the three pictures you would like to use. i will be using these three of Billy Martin.
you can save them and go along with this tutorial if you so choose.
now open up a new document that can fit all three pictures.
you can do this by going to file>new then putting in the right numbers for your pictures.
now copy and paste all three images into the new document.
when copying and pasting a picture hit Ctrl A to select all, then Ctrl C to copy it. to paste hit Ctrl V.
you should now have something like this:
now take the eraser tool and set it to whatever size you are comfortable with. you then erase whatever parts of the image you do not want to appear in the blend. [make sure in your layers pallette that you are on the top layer.]
your blend should now look like this:
now you can add borders, blurs, gradients, patterns, textures, text, etc. anything goes. be creative.
