Peril hung over
doorstep, fall, lasagna, hobbits, castle, expectation, coffee, kitten, ocean, yummy, follow, escape, peril, overcast, hairy
Morning Dew
Expectation's castle
by the ocean
as dark as black coffee,
and hairy hobbits hid
under the doorstep
ever trying to escape
the crazy kitten of a lion
eating a yummy lasagna,
for they thought that
Death's overcast was sure
to follow before
morning dew could fall.
