She is so skilled, that I asked her if she had ever entered into the transit rodeos held every year for competing drivers. She replied in all modesty, she wasnt interested.
I have never met another driver that can move such an unwieldy beast through traffic as she does. So at the station, I thought I would try to enlist others to have her participate in any upcoming rodeo event, she surely would win, honoring all of the North County transit system. I sat on a bench, and when a transit security guard passed, I called out, "Officer," saying it two more times, him moving past me, without stopping. I thought, what if it had been an emergency?
I followed him to the guards little back office, and standing at the door, I knocked. Then I realized through the dark tinted window, I could see him sitting at a desk inside, with his hands quickly moving from desk to his face. He didnt answer, so I left, to sit again at the bench. When the Rt. 302 to Escondido came, about to enter, I suddenly saw him again, near standing with another guard. I approached him, saying, I wanted his name, so I could put him on report. At them, I repeated this. He refused in that manner of the over confident, possibly artificially stimulated. He refused again, saying he "didnt have to give his name...:then asked me, "Who did think I was, an inspector?" He then demanded my name and ID, but I refused, stating, "I had broken no law," and turning went to enter the bus to home.
Keep in mind these guards carry the lethal force of death. Last year, I protested their having guns. Consider the Vista transit station, one long straight block, if a gun be fired, it could injure many in its path.
I want this guard tested for drugs immediately. Consider as well, on Oct. 1st, I mailed by certified letter to the IRS office in San Marcos, Ca., that this transit district be audited for its discriminating policy of making all not on its "T" places of entry, with transfer, made to pay full fare again! This, as I have witnessed, many many times, discriminates against mainly immigrants, who cannot speak English, plus any others caught inbetween the very few "T" points. It is a definite violation of Federal guidelines, which also funds this enterprise. The transit hierarchy made its drivers enforce their criminality.
Again, let me ask, what if it had been an emergency?
Wouldnt such a process endanger drivers as well as riders?

Yesterday (Oct. 14,03) , the same security guard acted completely inappropiately, apparently in an attempt to intimidate me into some sort of physical reaction. At about 9:30 pm, at the Vista
station, as I after an exhausting day, crawled along painfully on my disabled knee,
and going to the route 302 bus to Escondido, I saw him approach me, but did a sharp turn into the bus. HE FACING FRONTWARDS, STOOD STRADDLING THE FRONT YELLOW LINE, BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE TO INSIDE THE BUS EXCEPT FOR A TINY SQUEEZEBY SPACE. HE REACHED OUT AND IN A MACHO TYPE PUNCH, PUNCHED THE DRIVER ON THE SHOULDER, SAYING SOMETHING THAT SEEMED TO AMUSE HIM.
I entered the bus, showing my pass, and saying pardon me, squeezed by him to go to the middle of the bus seating. As I sat down, I noted that all of the passengers I had passed, turned to look at me. That never happened before, never!
Had he said something derogatory, they were all privy to?
HOW SOON BEFORE HE OR HIS DRUG SUPPLIERS, FOLLOW ME AND FIND WHERE I RESIDE FOR MY ENDANGERMENT.
Yesterday, Oct. 14, aprox. 4:00 pm at a Wendy's restaurant, I gave a copy of the above letter to an Oceanside motorcycle police officer, name of J. Dawson, requesting he give it to his commander.
A few moments ago, I asked at their Mission headquarters for an email address to email them, but they were hesitant and did not, so I will email this to the U.S.Justice dept. and a San Diego sheriff deputy contact. Recently, she helped me get 4 homeless drunks, commandeering a bus stop at 930 Sante Fe, Vista, gone from their daily panhandling, drinking, and urinating. Last year, they were also removed for the same thing at the same bus stop, I feared they may have been dealing drugs or possibly casing the Wells Fargo bank nearby, which I reported to the FBI.
This present issue is the thanks I get for being a responsible citizen?
I have been an observor of drug addicts for many years, always reporting such possibility to thr FBI, I can assure that such is a progressive disease, with the addicted getting bolder and bolder. I have witnessed Meth addicts developing dual personalities, one usually violent.
Surely, it can be assumed he is not acting alone within his particular workplace.

ON 1, 14, 04: I saw this above guard standing in the dark with another security guard,
leering at me, the obviously drugged drivers of today, 1,16,04 certainly dont speak well of his still working for North County transit.

1:10pm in Escondido, Ca. went to transit stationoffice to buy pass which will enable me to move around all over this county, important with the stalkers stalking me!
In that area is a men�s restroom,and AS GREYHOUND BUS DRIVER HAD GONE IN; ME LEAVING IT TO BUY PASS, THEN HE LEAVING PAST ME, STINKED OF MARIJUANNA!
I reported it to a security guard, the bus having left to go to San Diego, Ca., who told me to go to Greyhound station there and report it to them, but attendant didnt seemed interested, so I call 911.The attendant has my name and email address.
There are aprox. 20 to 25 passengers.
At Temecula,Ca. at break, I asked driver how traffic was...it looked easy to me, he said,
" was having trouble with drivers driving like idiots."
He then proceeded to drive off, with the back section shouting, he had left a person.
In the traffic, he does pull over and lets a fellow Black male on.
To the dissenters, he had said,
"We drivers cant look under buildings for you."
I really didnt want to report this..but for safety of passengers did,
some young people, in front row seats, a gangbanger white, across from him a white hip type, seemed to talking about something that involved "a cut."
