When Larry arrived at home and entered the living room, Laura greeted him and started to introduce him to Samuel, he said " I know who he is" and attacked him, knocking him to the floor, he took the stiletto shaped letter opener from atop his desk, and stabbed Samuel several times in the stomach. Laura called the Police and the Paramedics, Samuel died in route to the hospital.

At his her husband's trail she denied having an affair with Samuel, and Phyllis denied having a "falling out" with her best friend, Phyllis said she was at Larry and Laura's home with Samuel her boyfriend, and had no idea why Larry attacked and killed Samuel. Lawrence David Alcart was sentenced to death by lethal injection, sentence was carried out at midnight the Twenty-First of December. The phone rang at one minute after midnight 21 December, "God how I have missed you" she said to the caller. Laura and her lover woke up when they heard a loud crash, they broke in their room around two a.m. all three wore ski masks, they did not say anything, all three were armed with 9mm automatics, they motioned Laura and Garad to get up and get dressed, after their wrest were tied and they were forced into the van that was parked outside.

They drove for several miles, when the van stopped Laura and Garad were dragged from the van and thrown to the ground. Laura was stripped and raped by two men while Garad watched, when they finished one man shot Laura in the chest, the other shot her in the head.

All three took off their masks, and one untied Garad, Elesia was still the most strikingly beautiful women he had ever seen. Gerad said "Now we have it all baby."
