If it wasn't for friends like you
By Grace E Easley
If it wasn't for friends like you, the world would be so dark and drear;
You have a way about you that is honest and sincere.
One can't be lonely very long or get to feeling down,
You have a build-in sunshine that folows you around.

If it wasn't for friends like you I think I'd lose my faith in man
You always understand.
Your actions speak much louder than your words can ever do.
I know i'm better and i am blessed,
And just for knowing y ou.
In case you might not know how very much your friendships means
...The older that I grow.
