I love the fall it is my favorite season of all. You go to sleep one night, then wake up, seems as if God took a paint brush dipped it into all the colors and went to work.
Painting beautiful colors of red, yellow, and orange on all the trees everywhere.
It's a time to walk in the park among the falling leaves and hear them as they crunch under my feet.
To watch the children pile them up to jump into or adults rake them and smell them burning in the air.
Watch squirrels play and gather their food for winter. Be careful now dont' walk on that woolly little caterpillar as it crosses the street.
The air is brisk now, the days seem to be getting shorter. So you just put on a sweat shirt or a jacket to keep warm.
Dig out that old tractor and go for a hay rack ride. Sing songs, talk or just reminisce.
Finish the day by the fireside roasting marshmallows and hot dogs, snuggled next to the one you love.
Thanking the one who made the change of seasons so beautifully. Our great God from above.
