Stanza 18
And the Raven, never flitting, still is sitting, still is sitting On the pallid bust of Pallas just above my chamber door; And his eyes have all the seeming of a demon's that is dreaming, And the lamplight o'er him streaming throws his shadow on the floor; And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor Shall be lifted-nevermore!

Description
In this last stanza, the speaker is explaining that the Raven is still alighted on the bust above his chamber door. And every time the speaker sees the beast, it reminds him even more of his lost love- Lenore. Also when the speaker sees the bird perched above the door, his soul sinks even more because he knows that there'll be no more Lenore.
