Absinthe Bread Pudding
(Sorry, secret recipe, but basically it's a regular bread pudding
with 1 to 1 1/2 Cups of absinthe substituted for the same amount of dairy
liquids... along with very specific ingredients... but with that knowledge
you can make something similar ;)...)
This pudding has a mighty kick!
There is nearly one drink's worth of alcohol in each piece.
