Text Box: My Mission As an educator, it is my mission to reach out to each child while establishing the foundation for a trusting, student-teacher relationship. With compassion, I want to help my students see themselves as worthy individuals, capable of great accomplishments. I will support them while they develop goals and strive to reach those goals. With enthusiasm, I want to motivate my students to recognize the importance of education, and become lifelong learners. I will share my passion so that they may also acquire a passion for knowledge. With high expectations, I want to encourage my students to not settle for mediocrity, but rather, take pride in doing their very best. I will give them opportunities to help them believe in themselves and recognize their full potential. With due respect, I want to hold my students to high standards, facilitating a sense of responsibility and self-discipline. I will enable them to develop these attributes, and provide them direction for building life skills so that they may one day hold a purposeful place in society. I have determined my ultimate mission as an educator is to provide each of my students with the tools they need to be successful in my class, and successful in life.
