Welcome to my photo journal documenting the assembly of the Pocher brand kit of the 1932 Rolls Royce Sedanca Coupé, page 16

If you want to ask me any questions, you can reach me at [email protected].

Time for more photos of the really completed chassis (unless I loose more of my sanity).

A last photo of the engine for a while shown with the carburetor label in the correct place but I'm still not entirely happy with it.

From the underside showing the brake cables and the insulated wrap around the exhaust pipe.

More of the underside showing more of the brake system.

And, here's the final photo of the underside showing the front of the chassis.

This "x-ray" diagram of the chassis is from the October 1973 issue of "Cars in profile." You can see lots of detail here.

This photo of the Rolls Royce flying lady and marquee will be the last one for a while.

I've been messing with the body and have found some slight imperfections that I want to eliminate which look as though they may take quite some time. Most of my time will be spent waiting for paint to dry rather than doing actual work. Not to mention that I want to try to replicate the interior in real wood and leather. We'll see. Here goes a photo of an actual Sedanca Coupé with the top unrolled compared to the photo on the box. Interesting that the tires on the real car don't have white walls and there is a luggage rack on top of the trunk. Note also the presence of a front bumper, the front fender blended into the running board, the low slung door and the middle hinge in the door.

Until the next roll of film when the Saga continues.
