Gifted Education Bill

A link to a bill in the State Assembly designed to ensure the provision of educational services for gifted and talented students in NY and requiring aspiring teachers to take credits in gifted eduction for licensing.

In support of this bill, the PCPA sent a letter to Assemblyman Lavine and a letter to Senator Hannon. These letters were signed by all who attended the January 25, 2008 PCPA meeting.

The reply from Senator Hannon. Please note that this letter was retyped for inclusion on this site. All errors are those of the typist, not the Senator.
