Sunday Night Showdown

Long: Hello and welcome to the jam-packed arena here in Seattle! This is the Pacific Northwest Championship Wrestling. And this is Sunday Night Showdown!

{The pyros explode and the spotlights go over the packed crowd. The camera spins around the arena before for cutting to the commentators. Garret Reed and George Long sit facing us.}

Long: My name is George Long and this here is Garret Reed.

Reed: They all know.

Long: Tonight we have a lot of action for you with five jammed pack matches. In the first match the leader of the Trinity, Entropy, is taking on a man making his debut here in the “Proving Grounds.”

Reed: There is a buzz in the back about Slayton. I think he can take this.

Long: Then we have another debut with Chris Hollywood taking on Syphon of the Trinity.

Reed: This could be interesting; Hollywood is going to show us what he can do against Syphon.

Long: Then we have a mini tournament for a shot at the WWA Double Crown title.

Reed: Yeah, Wolf, Superstar, Shooter and that freak Scorn.

Long: We all know that Superstar and Shooter want to make it to the next round. It could be a preview of what to expect at Uprising on the twenty first of June.

Reed: Nice plug.

Long: Thank you.

Reed: I was talking about your hair.

{The arena lights dim as “Change The World” by Ozzy Osborne begins to play. Emerging from the back is Entropy. He is dressed in baggy pants and a loose t-shirt. He is smoking a clove as he runs his hand through his mangy hair.}

Announcer: Introducing first he weighs in at two hundred and sixty three pounds…. ENTROPY!

{Entropy slides into the ring and puts out his clove.}

Long: it was a few weeks ago on the last Showdown that he led the Trinity on a attack against the now fired Mike Sloan.

Reed: Well Sloan couldn’t prove himself here.

(The lights in the arena fade to a blacklight as several blue spotlights begin searching the arena as drum and guitar lines along with an odd squawking noise starts up as "End of Everything" by Stereomud begins to play)

Voice: You will not waste my time I will do anything I want to anyway This will be the end of everything that you know I know we're killing for the raven so here we go Don't even try to hold me down Watch me Be afraid This is the way that it is Get ready here I come Dropping down on you Don't want and try to run And when I'm finished with you Watch me Be afraid

(Suddenly there is a set of pyros that go off rather loudly as the song enters it's chorus as the "Sandman" Devon Slayton makes his appearance into the arena)

(Have you ever been afraid of someone? I've never been afraid of no one)

[2x] I do not fear Have you ever been afraid of someone?
I've never been afraid of no one
I do not fear
Have you ever been afraid of someone?
I've never been afraid Afraid!
Raven

(Devon slowly makes his way to the ring, he high fives several fans on his way down to the ring. His priest's coat making him looking a little bit more formidable than normal with his dreadlocked hair hanging loose over his face, adding a very intriguing look as he goes, still high five-ing or ignoring the fans as he goes. When Devon finally gets to the ring, he slides under the bottom ropes and then quickly stands up and climbs up the nearest turnbuckles and crosses his arms over his chest and he looks out at the sea of fans as the song continues)

You will not waste my time
I will do anything I want to anyway
This will be the end of everything that you know
 I know we're killing for the raven so here we go
Don't even try to hold me down
Watch me Be afraid
This is the way that it is
Get ready here I come
Dropping down on you
Don't want and try to run
And when I'm finished with you
Watch me Be afraid

(Devon reaches up and removes his shades which he tosses into the crowds before he begins to remove his priest coat, revealing his ring gear underneath as the ring announcer makes his introduction)

Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen, from Seattle Washington. Weighing tonight at two hundred and thirty two pounds at a height of six feet three inches. He is the self proclaimed "Human Horror Show, he is the "Sandman" Devon Slayton!!!

(Devon goes and leans against the far turnbuckle post as the song finishes up)

(Have you ever been afraid of someone? I've never been afraid of no one)[2x]

I do not fear Have you ever been afraid of someone?
I've never been afraid of no one I do not fear

(Have you ever been afraid of someone? I've never been afraid of no one) [2x]

I do not fear

(Have you ever been afraid of someone? I've never been afraid of no one) [2x]

I do not fear
Have you ever been afraid of someone? I've never been afraid of no one Raven

(Have you ever been afraid of someone? I've never been afraid of no one) [3x]

Raven

(Have you ever been afraid of someone? I've never been afraid of no one) [2x]

(The lights go back to normal as the music fades out)

Ding, Ding, Ding.

Long: Left hand punch from Slayton he follows it up with a quick snap mare.

Reed: then a kick to the spin.

{Devon pulls Entropy up and whips him into the ropes. He takes him out with a spinning heel kick. Entropy starts getting up but Slayton is already on his feet. He plants a dropkick right to the jaw of Entropy.}

Long: Devon doesn’t look to be slowing down.

{Devon pulls Entropy to his feet and takes him down with a  quick Piledriver. He covers.}

1…

2…

Reed: Easy kick out.

{Devon goes into the ropes and goes for a cross body. He gets caught by Entropy and taken down by a fall away slam.}

Long: What power.

Reed: Yeah, Entropy laying the boots into Slayton.

Long: He pulls Slayton up and takes him down with a quick vertical suplex.

Reed: Cover.

1…

Long: kick out.

{Entropy pulls Slayton to his feet and whips him into the ropes. He goes for a back body drop but Slayton counters and rolls into a sunset flip.}

1…

2…

Long: Entropy barely gets out of that one.

Reed: Slayton is impressive.

Long: Devon with a dropkick sends Entropy reeling back into the corner. Slayton comes of and nails a jumping back elbow.

Reed: Entropy stumbles out…

Long: Right into a bulldog.

Reed: I was going to say that.

{Slayton pulls Entropy up and takes him down with a guillotine leg driver. Devon hops to the apron and comes back over with a slingshot senton. He covers.}

1…

2…

Long: Kick out!

Reed: Devon should have this match in the bag.

{Devon waits on Entropy. He locks up and slips behind the bigger man into a rear waist lock. He goes for a German but Entropy counter with a n elbow smash. He follows up with another elbow smash before Slayton releases. He whips Devon into the ropes and takes him down with a huge boot.}

Long: What a hit.

Reed: Entropy pulls Slayton onto his feet. He is looking to end this.

{Entropy pulls Slayton up into a fireman’s carry. He turns around a couple times before facing the camera. He screams that’s it and starts to spin around into a spinning DVD.}

Reed: CHAOS….

{RAAAAAAAAH!}

Long: Slayton countered into a crucifix pin!

1…

2…

Reed: kick out!

Long: Entropy got out of that at the last second.

{Entropy charges at Slayton but Slayton pull Pee Wee Burke in front of him.  Entropy nails the Pee Wee Burke with a huge spear.}

Reed: That had to hurt.

{Entropy rolls to the outside and grabs a chair. Slayton goes for a plancha but stops short as he sees Entropy get ready to swing the chair. Entropy steps into the ring and swings wildly. Slayton ducks and plants a dropkick into the steel chair. Causing Entropy to stumble back. Pee Wee Burke begins to stir. Slayton picks up the chair.}

{RAAAAAAAAAH!}

Long: Entropy is to his feet, and Pee Wee Burke is getting up behind Slayton.

{CRACK!}

Reed: Entropy got smashed.

Ding. Ding. Ding.

Long: Slayton looks pissed. He just got DQed by Pee Wee Burke.

Reed: This wasn’t a hardcore match.

{Slayton begins arguing with Pee Wee Burke.}

Long: I think Devon should control his anger here…

{Devon turns around and boots Entropy. He picks the chair up again.}

{CRACK!}

{CRACK!}

{CRACK!}

Long: My god!

Reed: Slayton shoves Pee Wee Burke away! Triangle Choke!

Long: Entropy is tapping franticly.

{From the back runs Syphon and Richter. The charge the ring and Slayton releases the hold. Devon rolls out of the ring as the slide in. Richter and Syphon are checking on Entropy as Slayton walks to the back.}

Reed: Wow, what a debut.

Long: We will be right back after these commercials.

~Commercials~

Long: Let’s show what happened before the break.

{The screen comes alive and you see Slayton turn around and kick Entropy in the gut. We then see him planting a steel chair into Entropy’s head three times. He then drops down and goes for a triangle choke. We see Entropy tapping. We cut to Syphon and Richter sliding into the ring. Then we cut to Slayton leaving. We then cut to Richter helping Entropy to the back.}

Reed: Talk about a brutal attack.

Long: Well onto our next match. Chris Hollywood against Syphon.

Reed: And Syphon is already here.

(The gentle guitars of Dee Snider's, Inconclusion begin to play as the lights fade almost completely out, the crowd left in shadows. The gentle riffs play on and as each bass note plays, a new spotlight falls on the entranceway. After a good fifty seconds, the crowd begins to get a little impatient. Suddenly, the explosions light the arena as the hard note hits and the song begins it's true rhythm. Chris Hollywood walks out from behind the curtain, his shades hanging cockily on the edge of his nose as he stares at the crowd. He looks from right to left and back again before pushing his glasses back, hiding his eyes. As Dee Snider's voice fills our ears, he begins his journey to the ring. Walking with the rhythm of the music, he slowly paces to the ring. Lines of photographer’s line the aisle, taking snapshot after snapshot as he approaches the ring. He walks up the steps and climbs in under the top rope. He stands in the ring and runs at the far turnbuckle, leaping up onto the middle rope as the song hits it's hardest moment. He takes off his glasses and tosses them to a ring attendant, warning them of trouble for any damage visited to them. He hops down as the music fades out, just waiting for the bell to sound.)

Ding. Ding. Ding.

Long: And Pee Wee Burke calls for the bell.

Reed: Hollywood has about fifty pounds over Syphon…

{Hollywood grabs Syphon and drills him with a belly to belly.}

Reed: And he shows it by manhandling the cruiser.

Long: He pulls Syphon up and takes him back down with a release arm and collar suplex.

{Hollywood gets up and locks on a sleeper. He stand uses his legs to place more pressure on Syphon. He pulls Syphon to his feet and drops him back down with a release Sleeper drop.}

Long: Syphon is down again.

Reed: Hollywood is playing with him like he was a pair of Silicone Mountains.

Long: I’m not going to touch that.

Reed: That’s a classic sound byte.

{Hollywood with a n Irish whip to the ropes. Syphon comes off and ducks under the clothesline. He comes back and goes for a tornado DDT but Hollywood spins around and plants him with a Northern Lights.}

Long: What a counter!

Reed: Hollywood Covers.

1…

2…

Reed: kick out.

{Hollywood pulls Syphon up and looks for a powerbomb. Syphon counters and rolls over planting Chris with a neck breaker. He covers.}

1…

2…

Reed: Kick out!

Long: What a counter from Syphon.

{Syphon waits on Hollywood.}

Reed: you can’t powerbomb Syphon!

{Syphon goes for a rana, but Hollywood counters into sit out powerbomb.}

Reed: I was wrong.

Long: Hollywood pulls Syphon up and whips him into the ropes. He goes for a Samoan drop

{Syphon slides off and goes for a backdrop. Hollywood locks the leg and counters into a snap mare. He follows up with a side headlock. He stands up to add pressure to it. Syphon battles to a vertical base.}

Long: Syphon is trying to fight this.

{A few elbows from Syphon who pushes Hollywood into the ropes and breaks the hold. He comes running the other side and comes off the ropes. He slides between the legs Of Hollywood. He gets to his feet as Hollywood turns around. He goes into the ropes and goes to leap frog Hollywood.}

{RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!}

Long: Spine buster counter from Chris Hollywood!

Reed: he covers.

!…

2…

3…

Ding. Ding. Ding.

Long: What an impressive debut from Chris Hollywood.

Reed: Syphon is still down after that one.

Long: Look at that smug look on the face of Hollywood.

Reed: that’s a look of a winner.

Long: We need to take another break.

~Commercials~

Long: Two impressive debuts here tonight.

Reed: Let’s take another look at that Spine buster from Syphon.

{We see Syphon go for leapfrog. We go into slow mo as Hollywood counters it into a massive spine buster.}

Reed: Wow, he destroyed Syphon on that move. Fox’s Trinity has been taken out.

Long: Richter is still around.

Reed: That could spell trouble for “Superstar” Tim Johnson.

Long: Who is up next in the first match off three to determine who goes onto the Double Crown title shot?

Reed: And his opponent is Wolf.

Intro music of song

**lights go dim in the arena**

[on the screen is the outline of a wolf with a full moon in the background.  In sync with the motion on the screen a wolf’s howl is heard echoing in the arena]

Music hits for the song

[on the screen are shots of Wolf at various locations intermixed with overlays of wolves]

**lights flare up in the arena**

**pyro hits on either side of the stage, trailing down the ramp**

Wolf walks out of the curtain to the middle of the platform with his head down.

Right before the ramp he arches his back and raises his head as if he himself is howling.

He begins to walk down the ramp.

my life served on a plate

for all of you to eat

take my love and hate

Wolf stops on ramp and looks around at crowd, cracking his neck and his knuckles

but what is this inside of me

Wolf continues down the ramp

pity me pity me don't you pity me

pity me pity me don't you pity me

don’t you pity me

Wolf enters ring

don’t you pity me

Announcer: Weighing in at 216 pounds....

Goes to top turnbuckle and slowly raises both his arms while looking around at the crowd

under everything

something that you can’t see

I can’t even believe

something is wrong with me

Announcer: WOLF!!!

Wolf climbs down from turnbuckle and leans against post waiting for his opponent

pity me pity me don't you pity me

pity me pity me don't you pity me

don’t you pity me

don’t you pity me

-music fades out-

Long: What an entrance by Wolf.

{Arena goes completely dark for several moments and finally the entrance music starts. Music plays for several moments while the lights are still out. Suddenly the lights come up and Tim Johnson is standing at the entrance. As the music gets very close to the lyrics pyro goes off on both sides of him exploding upward for several seconds with several blasts of pyro. He waits several more seconds until making his way to the ring where he goes to the far left turnbuckle and just leans against the turnbuckle waiting for his opponent to come to the ring. Music fades to nothing.}

Ding. Ding. Ding.

Long: Ty Davis starts this match. Johnson is starting this with some quick punches to Wolf, sending him reeling back.

{Tim finishes his volley with a forearm to the jaw of Wolf. He whips Wolf into the ropes and takes him down with a hip toss. He follows up with a  quick elbow drop and a pin.}

1…

Long: kick out!

Reed: To early in the match.

{Superstar pulls Wolf up and goes for a vertical suplex. Wolf slips behind and goes right into a school boy.}

1…

Long: Again, it’s just to early.

{Both men get to their feet and begin to circle. They lock up and Johnson comes out of it with a hammerlock. Wolf is trying to get out of it, and does. He spins into a top wristlock. A quick elbow from Tim breaks the hold and he applies a waist lock and nails a belly to belly.}

Reed: Wolf looks mismatched here.

Long: Left’s and Right’s from Tim on the downed Wolf. Ty Davis is forcing him to get off Wolf.

Reed: And he does.

Long: He waits on Wolf and Irish whip into the ropes. But Wolf comes off and dropkicks Johnson in his left knee as he telegraphed a back body drop.

{Wolf doesn’t hesitate and goes for a knee slam. He follows it up with another before locking on a crucifix knee bar.}

Long: Wolf is going to take out that knee.

Reed: Smart strategy.

{Wolf releases the hold and waits on Johnson. He runs into the ropes and takes out Johnson knee with a chop block. He stands up and drops his knee against he knee of Johnson.}

Long: Wolf is too smart to let up on that knee.

{He goes to grapevine the leg but Johnson reaches up and pulls him into a rollup pin.}

1…

2…

Reed: Kick out by Wolf at the last second.

Long: Wolf is to his feet first, he grabs Johnson and takes him down with a snap suplex.

Reed: Johnson rolls out of the ring. He is trying to loosen up that knee of his.

{RAAAAAH!}

Long: Plancha from Wolf sends both men hard to the ground.

1…

2…

Reed: They could get counted out of this match, that would leave the winner of the next match to become the contender for the Double Crown title shot.

3…

4…

{Wolf begins to stir; he is trying to use the steps to pull himself up.}

5…

Long: Wolf showing life, and so is Johnson now.

6…

7…

Reed: Wolf slides into the ring.

8…

9…

Long: Johnson barely makes it in.

Reed: And Wolf is laying the boots to his knee for it.

Long: Wolf pulls Johnson up and takes him down with a shin breaker.

{Wolf pulls Johnson up again, but Tim uses a quick low blow to change the momentum. He nails quick DDT on Wolf.}

Long: Short cut from Johnson followed by a nice DDT.

Reed: He dotted the eyes with that one.

{Suddenly from the back emerge Jeff Fox and Richter. Richter charges the ring with baseball bat as Fox smiles.}

Long: Richter? Johnson doesn’t see him.

Reed: Neither does Wolf:

Long: Whip to the ropes by Johnson, countered, Johnson into the ropes.

{CRACK!}

{BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!}

Reed: Bat to the back of the knees from Richter.

Long: Wolf saw it.

Reed: Ty Davis didn’t.

{Wolf pulls Johnson to the center of the ring. He grabs the legs and locks on a sharpshooter.}

Long: Johnson is in a hell of a lot of pain.

Reed: He tapped!

Long: No, he didn’t.

Reed: He’s taken a lot of pain. Wolf is leaning into it.

{Johnson taps.}

Ding. Ding. Ding.

Reed: Wow, Johnson was in that for a while.

Long: look at Fox and Richter. they are smiling.

Reed: that’s why he runs the fed.

Long: We will be back after this.

~Commercials~

Long: Welcome back, and Wolf picks up the win after that brutal bat shot from Richter on Superstar.

Reed: Wolf just played it smart. Course Johnson would have tapped to the sharpshooter anyway.

Long: That is debatable.

[The arena goes black... as The Blood Brother's "Every Breath is a Bomb" blasts over the loudspeakers...]

[It starts...]

(fake fake flowers) (fake funeral)

This room is a fluorescent tomb:

it's brazen bulbs mimic death's hyena croon.

He pulls on her wires, she jerks to attention,

she's animated again, she's talking to a hypodermic reflection.

[A singular white cross appears upon the tron, as white pyro blasts from either side of the entranceway.]

[He's coming...]

We've watched it all from the window ledge...

the nurses offer their condolences...

tougnes flapping I can't make out your tone,

out hearts beat in slow motion.

[Yet another flash of white, and he appears... encircled in the remaining smoke from the bursts of light, gazing towards the ring. He gives a cocky half-smile towards the unknowing thousands in attendance...]

[He points...]

If we make it to the final scene...(fake flowers!)

show me the sapphire pit (fake tomb)

peel the candy crust off my body (fake flowers)

throw in the brittle skeleton...(fake tomb)

[The crowd is unsure of exactly what they should be thinking... is this the 'good' Jonathan Cross? What is he doing in PNW?]

[Kickin' ass... takin' names...]

Can you inject love's tender touch back into the gang bang?

Can you knit the stiletto back to the bloodstain?

Can you put the bite back the the beast you've broken, tied and tamed?

Can you crease the wrinkles back into the cracked and open brain?

[He starts his journey, down the ramp way... walking with a quick gait.  He stares forward, no longer paying any attention to the fans...]

[He's focused...]

So doctor won't you pull the fucking plug?

Won't you cut the cord?

Because you can't put the life back into this hospital ward.

She's gonna make it out ok...

but she's shaking like a revolution...

and she stares at the fire all day...

mumbling to herself..."

[He slides in, under the bottom rope... leaping, with incredible agility, onto the second turnbuckle, and raising his arms high into the air...]

[He's ready...]

every hole has a snake in it...

Every crotch is a siamese gun,

every ray of sunshine hides a cancerous chime,

every breath is a bomb."

[The crowd realizes exactly which Cross this is... and bursts into applause. He grins fully, as he drops back down to the ring - catching a microphone tossed his way from the timekeeper.]

[Anticipating his speech, the crowd dies down... as all eyes are on the former Hurricane Wrestling Superstar.]

Cross: "Good Evening Seattle!"

[A flurry of hometown cheers erupts from the seats...]

Cross: "I've come Northwest, in hopes of salvaging the respect of this great promotion. It seems that business around here is in need of a little 'jump start'"

[Confused murmer...]

Cross: "With talent like 'Scorn'... 'Shooter'... 'Wolf'.... 'Hollywood'..."

[Fans pop for their respective favorites]

Cross: "... It's a wonder this place is still televised. But never fear, for I've come, to save you all from the barren depths of boredom! Weekly, I'll be battling the best of the PNW..."

[Silence...]

Cross: "... with one arm tied behind my back!"

['Gotta love that arrogant ass' pop]

Cross: "Tonight's the big night... the night that the Double Crown Contender is decided. I'll sit back and watch... though, I know that the same thing will be running through my head all night. 'None of theses schmucks can hold their own against either Devins or Mara'. In fact, there's only one man in the PNW who could..."

[Cheers, as they anticipate Cross naming himself...]

Cross: "Sandman!"

[Confused murmer...]

Cross: "Because he's the only one who would be smart enough to not even show up! Me? I wouldn't hold my own... I'd beat the living snot outta 'em, at the same time, if I had to. Don't believe me?"

[stunned silence...]

Cross: "... Just keep your eyes on the 'Future of the WWA'... I'll show you the way."

[Fade to commercial...]

Reed: We are back. Heh, beat you to it.

Long: Yeah, and it seems that Cross is now in the Pacific Northwest.

Reed: But we have a bigger issue. Scorn against “Shooter” Jason Lockhart.

***DING DING DING***

["Self-Esteem" by the Offspring begins to play in the arena.]

Ring Announcer: The following contest is a semi-final Double Crown Title shot mini-tournament match.

# I wrote her off for the tenth time today

# And practiced all the things I would say

Ring Announcer: Introducing first, from Parts Unknown...

# She came over, I lost my nerve

# I took her back and made he dessert

[Clad in black with his long black hair hanging over his painted face

Scorn steps through the curtains and stalks towards the ring.]

Ring Announcer: Weighing in at 184lbs...

# Now I know I’m being used

# That’s okay man cause I like the abuse

[As Scorn gets to the foot of the ring steps he sees a framiliar face in the front row. Troy, the kid from a few days ago is there. Troy's face is painted just like Scorn's complete with teardrop. Troy has a sign that reads: "No Self-Esteem" and has an arrow pointing down. Scorn just stops and shakes his head before getting in the ring.]

Ring Announcer: Scorn!

# I know she’s playing with me

# That’s okay cause I got no self-esteem

George Long: Wow, Scorn has a fan.

Garrett Reed: What a screwed up brat he must be.

Long: leave the kid alone.

("Trapt" by Headstrong begins to play over the PA. Red, white, and blue laser lights piece the arena, moving over the crowd [video plays, if there is a screen set up that shows Lockhart doing various signature move and his finishers, as well as winning matches and even some of his amateur wrestling shots like his World championshipship win]. A man moves from behind the curtain and stands looking at the crowd, his green eyes surveying everything, before then moving his focus to the ring. The monster of a man is wearing his PNW "Locked Hart" t-shirt over his singlet for his entrance to the ring. He poses a bit, flexing and bouncing on the balls of his feet. Then he begins his move towards the ring.)

#Circling, your circling, you circle in your head/Contemplating everything you ever said/Now I know the truth, I got a doubt/A different motive in your eyes and now I'm out, see you later#

(Stops mid-way to pose some more and then abruptly raising his arms pointing towards the sky and looking up.)

#I see your fantasy you want to make a reality paved in gold / See inside, inside of our heads / Well that's all over, I see your motives inside/And your decision to hide#

Announcer: Now coming to ring, standing at 6'3 and weighing in at 265 pounds...

#Back off we'll take you on / Headstrong to take on anyone / I know that you are wrong / Headstrong we're Headstrong / Back off We'll take you on / Headstrong to take on anyone / I know that you are wrong /And this is not where you belong/I can't give

Announcer: A former amateur World Champion and internationally renowned wrestling superstar...

#Conclusions manifest your first impressions got to be your very best / I see you're full of s*** and that's alright / That's how you play I guess you get through every night / Now that's over#

(Continues his move to the ring, stopping right before getting to the ring.)

Announcer: "The Shooter" Jason Lockhart!

#I see your fantasy you want to make a reality paved in gold / See inside, inside of our heads / Well that's all over, I see your motives inside/And your decision to hide/Back off we'll take you on / Headstrong to take on anyone / I know that you are wrong / Headstrong we're Headstrong / Back off We'll take you on / Headstrong to take on anyone / I know that you are wrong /And this is not where you belong (where you belong)/I can't give everything away (this is not where you belong)/ I won't give everything away#

(He then continues to move toward the ring, jumping onto the apron, and moving between the ropes into the actual ring.)

#I know, I know all about/I know, I know all about/I know I know all about your motives inside and your decision to hide#

(He stands in the middle of the ring, as the song is finishing, then balls up his fist and strikes his chest three times before raising it, pointing his index finger to the sky.)

#Back off we'll take you on / Headstrong to take on anyone / I know that you are wrong / Headstrong we're Headstrong / Back off We'll take you on / Headstrong to take on anyone / I know that you are wrong /And this is not where you belong (where you belong)/I can't give everything away (this is not where you belong)/ I won't give everything away(this is not where you belong)#

(He stands staring across the ring at Scorn.)

Ding. Ding. Ding.

Long: Shooter outweighs Scorn by around seventy pounds.

Reed: One word… SQUASH!

{Shooter and Scorn circle each other. Shooter goes in for a lock up but Scorn nails him with a forearm. Shooter reels back and Scorn hits him with a right, then a left. He follows with a kick to the gut and goes into the ropes.}

Long: Scorn comes off and plants some boots right to the face of Shooter.

Reed: He’s already up after that dropkick. Shooter gets up. Scorn goes for a super kick…

Long: He gets caught in a leg and arm suplex. Shooter brought him down hard here. They are starting this thing off quick and painful.

{Scorn rolls to his feet and Shooter eyes him up. Shooter moves in and ducks a left. He locks on a waist lock.}

Reed: belly to… no…

Long: Scorn broke out and countered with a dropkick, using the momentum from Shooters move.

Reed: corn is up and he charges in and grabs Lockhart. He takes Lockhart down with a quick pulling Piledriver. He goes for the pin.

1…

2…

Reed: Kick out!

Long: Scorn pulls Shooter ups and whips him intot he corner. He is pounding on him with lefts and rights.

{Ty Davis goes to him and pulls him off Lockhart.}

Reed: Again Ty ruins a good thing.

{Scorn grabs Lockhart by the head and nails a tornado DDT using the ropes to add force to the move.}

Long: Wow!

1…

2…

Reed: Lockhart kicks out again.

{Scorn pulls Lockhart up, but Jason takes his legs out with a double leg takedown. He tries for a single leg crab but Scorn holds onto the ropes. Ty Davis forces Lockhart to release the hold.}

Long: Smart move by Scorn.

Reed: Scorn is up.

{Scorn is up and charges right into an Arm drag. Scorn is right up and runs again into another arm drag. He tries a third time but this time he gets plastered by a huge spine buster.}

Long: Cover!

1…

2…

Reed: kick out by Scorn.

Long: Lockhart pulls him up and takes him down with a quick vertical.

Reed: Rolls through and takes Scorn down with a third.

Long: He’s going for a third… no Jackhammer!

1…

2…

Reed: Scorn kicks out again.

Long: Lockhart pulls him up, he’s going for a German.

Reed: he nails it, he looks to be going for another…

{RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!}

Long: Scorn landed on his feet. Backdrop… no…

{RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!}

Reed: Backdrop Driver!

Long: Lockhart’s head bounced hard off the mat with that one. Both men are down.

Reed: Looked like Scorn didn’t even plan that, it’s just happened.

3…

Long: Let’s show the replay.

{We go into the replay. It’s slow mo version. Lockhart goes for a release German and Scorn flips over landing on his feet. He stutter steps for a second and grabs Lockhart as he falls right into a Belly back suplex. He lifts Lockhart up and slips bringing Lockhart down hard onto his head.}

6…

{Scorn begins to move.}

Long: Well Scorn is getting up after that dangerous move.

7…

8…

{Scorn starts to use the ropes to pull himself up.}

9….

{And he’s up.}

Long: Scorn goes to cover Lockhart.

{RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!}

3…

Long: Kick out by Lockhart at two!

[Scorn gets up. He walks around Lockhart a few times... just circling him.]

Long: What's this?

Reed: That Idiot! Scorn is out of ideas. He doesn't know what to do.

[Scorn slides out of the ring to the floor. He pushes the timekeeper out of his seat, folds the chair and rolls back into the ring with it. The referee gets in Scorn's face right away telling him he'll be disqualified for using the chair. After a moment Scorn throws the chair over the top and out of the ring.]

Reed: Scorn is waiting on Lockhart.

{Lockhart stands.}

Long: Scorn charges…

Reed: And Lockhart grabs him for a Samoan… no!

Long: He’s going for the Judgment Slam…

{RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!}

Reed: Scorn countered! He slides around and nailed…

Long: The Drop! His sleeping neck breaker drop!

3…!

Long: Scorn pulled it off!

Reed: What an upset.

Long: So it’s going to be Scorn against Wolf after the…

{Lockhart is being helped backstage by Ty Davis as Wolf comes running down the ring. He slides in under the ropes as Scorn starts to stomp on him.}

Long: We have to take a commercial break…

Reed: But the match!

Commercials.

{We come back and we see Scorn laid out in the ring as Wolf goes to the top.}

Long: Wolf and Scorn brawled on the outside during the break. Wolf was using a steel chair to get an advantage on the now fallen Scorn.

Reed: Then Wolf brought him into the ring and dropped him with a powerbomb. He’s on the top now.

Long: Flying Elbow…

Reed: MISSED!

Long: Scorn rolled out of the way. Here comes Senior Official Jeff Richards to start the match.

Ding. Ding. Ding.

{Scorn gets to his feet slowly as does Wolf. They circle each other. They lock up. Wolf comes out of it with a rear waist lock takedown and clamps on a side headlock.}

Long: Basic holds from Wolf, but could be enough to take Scorn down.

Reed: Scorn still has some ring presence left. He managed to get his leg on the ropes.

{Richards breaks the hold and Wolf is up. He locks his arms around a rising Scorn and takes him over with an overhead belly to belly.}

Long: What an impact!

Reed: Wolf isn’t done; he rams Scorns shoulder into the turnbuckle post.

{Wolf goes to do it again but Scorn uses the ropes to do a quick handstand, which he uses to get a shoulder mount on Wolf. Wolf starts walking back and is about to go for a shoulder mount suplex, but Scorn twists round and takes Wolf down with a rana.}

Long: Impressive.

Reed: Scorn is to his feet, he hops to the top rope!

{RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!}

Reed: Shooting Star leg Drop!

1…

2…

Long: KICK OUT!

Reed: Amazing.

Long: Scorn rolls to his feet and his leg must be dead after landing that move.

Reed: Still wasn’t enough.

Long: Scorn must be thinking of something here, but Wolf Blindsides him with a clubbing right. He’s stomping on Scorn badly.

{Wolf pulls Scorn up and sets him up for a powerbomb.}

Reed: Wolf is going to powerbomb Scorn again.

Long: Scorn is trying to fight it with lefts and rights, but no!

{RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!}

Long: huge powerbomb from Wolf!

Reed: he covers!

1…

2…

Reed: My god! He kicked out!

Long: Wolf doesn’t know what to do.

Reed: Irish whip…

Long: Sleeper hold from S corn.

{RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!}

Long: The Drop!

1…

2…

3….!

Reed: Scorn won! He won!

Long: He’s got the title shot!

Reed: What a hell of a match!
