K-Kids Awards
(Elementary School)

Thanks to donors like you, the Pacific Northwest Kiwanis Foundation provides
up to $750 USD per year for contest awards to K-Kids Club members.

 

Please note: Due to the age of the award winners, names will not be published.

 

The Pacific Northwest Kiwanis Foundation's
Leadership Scholarship (K-Kids)

About the scholarship: This award recognizes the most outstanding K-Kids member in the Pacific Northwest District.

Criteria:  See the contest booklet available here.  Applications are due to the K-Kids district administrator by April 1. The address of the K-Kids District Administrator can be found on the PNW K-Kids web site.

Nature of Scholarship:  The Pacific Northwest K-Kids member with the highest-ranked application will receive a $100 US Savings Bond and a plaque from the Pacific Northwest Kiwanis Foundation and will be entered in the International contest to win a $200 US Savings Bond from the Kiwanis International Foundation.

 

The Pacific Northwest Kiwanis Foundation's
Poster/Speech Scholarship (K-Kids)

About the scholarship: This award recognizes the most outstanding poster and speech prepared by a K-Kids member in the Pacific Northwest District.

Criteria:  See the contest booklet available here.  Applications are due to the K-Kids district administrator by April 1. The address of the K-Kids District Administrator can be found on the PNW K-Kids web site.

Nature of Award:  The Pacific Northwest K-Kids member with the highest-ranked poster and speech will receive a $100 US Savings Bond and a plaque and will be entered in the International contest.

Essay Scholarship (K-Kids)

About the scholarship: This award recognizes the most outstanding essay prepared by a K-Kids member in the Pacific Northwest District.

Criteria:  See the contest booklet available here.  Applications are due to the K-Kids district administrator by April 1. The address of the K-Kids District Administrator can be found on the PNW K-Kids web site.

Nature of Award:  The Pacific Northwest K-Kids member with the highest-ranked essay will receive a $100 US Savings Bond and a plaque and will be entered in the International contest.

 

The Pacific Northwest Kiwanis Foundation's
Most Outstanding Club Award (K-Kids)

About the award: This award recognizes the most outstanding K-Kids club in the Pacific Northwest District.

Criteria:  Applicants must fill out the Annual Achievement Report, available on the K-Kids International web site.  Annual Achievement Reports are due to the K-Kids district administrator by April 1. The address of the K-Kids District Administrator can be found on the PNW K-Kids web site.

Nature of Award:  The Pacific Northwest K-Kids club with the highest-ranked report will receive a plaque and will be entered in the International contest.  All applicants will be considered for Distinguished Club or Honor Club banner patches from K-Kids International.

Club Scrapbook Award (K-Kids)

About the award: This award recognizes K-Kids club with the most outstanding scrapbook in the Pacific Northwest District.

Criteria:  See the contest booklet available here.  Applications are due to the K-Kids district administrator by April 1. The address of the K-Kids District Administrator can be found on the PNW K-Kids web site.

Nature of Award:  The Pacific Northwest K-Kids club with the highest-ranked scrapbook will receive a plaque and will be entered in the International contest.
