| Tacoma Narrows - Discovery Bay - Port Townsend April 21, 2002 |

| On Sunday, April 21, 2002, a great group of D owners got together for a run up through the Tacoma Narrows to Discovery Bay and on to Port Townsend. |
| Attending the event were: Tim & Sherry Lawson with Mom Esther, of Lynnwood, WA Tom and Twyla DeBartolo with Christina, Catharine and Tony of Shoreline, WA John & Cindy Johnson with Annette & Melissa, of Harstene Island, WA Kelly Sisson-Imthurn & Ken Imthurn with Chad & Kyle, of Lynnwood, WA Steve & Sandy Fatseas of Everett, WA |

| We had 5 Ds on the trip. |
| After leaving the meeting place we headed up Highway 16 across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and up the Kitsap Peninsula. The drive was very nice and with the superb leadership of Tim Lawson we were even making coordinated lane changes when the need came up. We all had FSR radios and were able to communicate with each other so when it came time to change lanes (mostly to pass Exploders and Chebbies), we all did it together. |

| After lunch we went the rest of the way to Port Townsend for dessert at the Nifty Fiftys Soda Fountain. |
