The PNWDOC celebrated the DOC 4th birthday by treating some of their Ds to a great birthday present - a Fastman modified throttle body. Dan Arcand was here in Washington to do the installs himself. Ten trucks attended the event in spite of the nasty, rainy, snowy weather. D owners are tough !! Everyone who got one of these bad boys for their Ds was very pleased with the outcome.

The weather was nasty, but Tim was resourceful and brought a big picnic table umbrella to keep Dan and everyone dry. We sure didn't want him to get sick before he finished the job!

Rob proudly shows off all the birthday presents that he got for his own D. Dan was here to do some major mods on Rob's truck. Rob got a new set of ported heads, M1 manifold, cam, and all sorts of other parts.

Here's Dan at work. After a day of installing TBs for PNWDOC members, he and Rob worked for about 16 hours doing the mods on Rob's truck. That was some serious wrenching!

Members getting TBs for their Ds were Cisco Torres, 2001 4.7, Will Swanda, 2000 5.9, Tom DeBartolo, 2001 4.7, Tim Lawson, 2000 5.9, Jun Macalma, 2000 4.7, Scott Kovalik, 2000 5.9,Jeff Watts, 1999 5.9, Kevin Wu, 1999 5.9, and we even had Don Sass with his 1996 3/4T RAM V10. The gathering caused quite a stir. There was even a passerby who stopped to see what was going on and was so impressed that he went home to get his R/T and had one done on the spot!

Seemed like all you needed to do to keep Dan happy was keep a wrench in his hand and a Mountain Dew within reach!!
