The Chinese Orchestra is comprised of three parts: the Bowed-Stringed section, the Plucked-Stringed section and the Woodwind and Percussion section. The Plucked-Stringed section contains the most beautiful sounding instruments like the yangqin, guzheng, pipa and ruan. You will learn more about it on the next page.
The Bowed-Stringed section contains the hus, like the erhu, zhonghu and gaohu. You will learn more about them on the third page.
The Woodwind and Percussion section makes the loudest sounds. It contains the xiao, dizi, suona and many more. You will learn more about them on the fourth page.

If you want me to put in something or put in more information about a certain instrument, just email me by clicking on the Contact sign (which actually means to email me) right at the bottom of this page.
I also have an About Me section.
Unfortunately, I was too lazy to put in multiple links in one page, so if you want to get to the Woodwind and Percussion section, you'll have to get through the Plucked-Stringed and Bowed-Stringed sections first. Also, if you want to go the Bowed-Stringed section, you'll have to go through the Plucked-Stringed section first. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

This banner is linked to Neopets, a website where you can sign up (for free!) and have your own virtual pet (there are around 50 to choose from) and feed it, train it, play with it, fight with it, build a home for it... etc. etc. etc.. The possibilities are endless! If you want to sign up with Neopets, just click on the banner! My username is floatyflotty. If you join, I hope you have fun, and please battle my pet Zafriar one day (no lousy challenges accepted, at all!)!
P.S: If you have any comments or suggestions, please put them in my guestbook or email me at [email protected].
Also, if you know of any other instruments, please inform me.
