	Cylinder function only worked in one winding mode. Added both winding methods.
	Set Winding to CCW as the default wind for all primitives.
	Added Chord Function. Needs to be verified.

	Direct entering the size now shows in the filename.
	Turned 'Remove Leading Zeros' function to the options menu. Default setting
	is off.	Changing the primitive type sets winding back to CCW everytime. See 
	BFC guidelines.  Found a few functions that might have caused problems for 
	someone not using USA settings.

	Fixed a bug that would name cylinder files with a size number.
	Looking into using cones to illustrate the dish primitive.
	Also looking for the bug that occasionally changes values. This usually rotates
	the generated part around Y, So watch out for it. (I think I fixed it.)

	Added Old and new style conditional lines to cylinders and cones.
 		selectable in the options pull down menu. Default is old style.
	Added Linetype 5 conditions linetype 2 display.(This is the portion
		of the linetype 5 that tells when the conditional line is to 
		show up. You will have to turn this function off and press the OK 
		button to regenerate the file.
	Fixed a bug where line Edge/Circle file were created using color 16.
	Changed a little of the Dish display. Added early development for POV.
	Changing the divisions or segments scroll arrows will now change the drop
		down boxes to "custom"

	Removed a double space from linetype 5's in cones and cylinders.
	Added an Early preview of the new "Dish" primitve. (Keep in mind this may
		not work out.)

	Made Help window match the program window size
	Program no longer uses Windows resistry. It now uses ldraw.ini file.
	Use the remove registry settings option to remove all entries. This will also 
	remove entries from the ldraw.ini file. So, write down any special settings.
	Moved the richtx32.ocx and comdlg32.ocx files to a seperate zip file.
