Vipsania greets everyone with her characteristically polite smile and friendly
nature. While always impeccably dressed, she does seem to be a bit
uncomfortable wearing pants rather than a dress. But as her name implies, she
completely understands "When in Rome..." She has been overheard cheering in
Latin at the recent gladiatorial ghoul battle. In her brief time in
Philadelphia so far, some have already noted her continual name-dropping and
one citizen has already nick-named her "VIP" (to Vipsania's confusion). Her
innate stodginess appears to have been overcome by her good-natured interest in
others--at least so far.
